Deposit

A deposit of $250 or 20% of the rental, whichever is larger plus the reservation fee of $35, is required to guarantee your reservation. It will be refunded in the event of a cancellation, less a non-refundable $35 reservation fee and a $50 cancellation fee, if noticed at least 90 days prior to the arrival date or if it is cancelled within 90 and the property is re-rented for the full term of the original reservation. VISA and MasterCard are accepted for deposit only. If mailing a check for the deposit, it must be received by the manager within 7 mailing days of the date the reservation was made or the reservation will be cancelled.

 

Fees and Taxes

  • A non-refundable $35 reservation fee is charged on each booking
  • A $39.50 damage waiver deposit for any damage that may occur in the unit.
  • There is also a $75 linen fee, PER WEEK OF STAY. You may not wash the sheets.
  • The property is subject to an 11.5% Hotel and Local Tax.
  • For those with pets, there is a $350 pet fee.

All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice. These are given as an estimate of payments needed on-top of rent.

 

Booking Process

This site was setup as a means for me to market my property. As a result of being referred by the owner, we can negotiate a better rental price. The process is as follows:

  • We agree on a timeframe for rental
  • I submit in an email, your name, address, timeframe, and price we agreed upon.
  • You are told the manager name and phone to call.
  • YOU must call the manager to confirm your reservation and pay the deposit
  • When you arrive for your stay, you will go to the manager's office to pickup the keys

 

Arrival and Departure

During peak season, which changes yearly, usually based on Easter, arrival / departure must occur on Saturday. Check-in is 3pm, and Check-out is 10am.
